Note for Windows users)
In order to run LAPAREX on current versions of Windows, you need to have a freeware "Cygwin" installed. When installing it, you should include the "gcc-fortran" package under the developer's tool directory:

Then, copy the LAPAREX execution folder (such as "bin_win7") into your Cygwin home folder, and run each program from within the execution folder in the Cygwin command line. In order for each program to be recognized as a command, set path like $ PATH="$PATH":/. and check if each command's mode is set "x" (if not, use "chmod" to change the mode).
